Super Star Car Wash is looking for a Membership Sales Associate to drive sales by communicating benefits and guiding customers through options. The role offers paid training, a fast-paced outdoor environment, and opportunities to upsell monthly unlimited car wash packages.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year in customer service, and a willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build Customer Connections: Ask questions to uncover needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Be the friendly face customers trust.
• Close Sales: Use communication skills to close sales and meet needs.

• Engage Customers: Present monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell.
