Job summary

Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to guide customers through our unlimited car wash options with a consultative approach. You will learn our Be Super sales method during paid training and work toward meeting sales targets while delivering friendly, helpful service in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Responsibilities include building connections, closing sales, upselling memberships, and staying informed about our products.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: At least one year in customer service; sales experience preferred.
• Minimum age: 18.
• Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced outdoor environments.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Willingness to work outside and in various weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Exposure to heat, cold, rain, and wind.
• Moderate to high noise levels from equipment and vehicles.
• Team collaboration with colleagues and customers.
• Fast-paced environment with peak hours.
• Regular customer interactions.

Responsibilities
