Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to drive sales by communicating product benefits and guiding customers through options. This entry-level role includes paid training and uncapped commissions.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, some sales experience, and the ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment while maintaining integrity and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment preferred but not required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build customer connections by asking the right questions and offering personalized solutions.
• Deliver exceptional service and be the friendly face customers trust.
• Close sales and meet customer needs.
• Sell products and services to prospective customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and stay informed about offerings.
• Present monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell to existing customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
