Super Star Car Wash is seeking an entry-level Membership Sales Associate to drive sales by communicating the benefits of our products and guiding customers to the best options. We offer paid training to learn the Be Super approach and how to sell memberships that save customers money.

The role emphasizes flexibility in a fast-paced outdoor environment, with uncapped weekly commissions, monthly retention bonuses, and weekly base pay. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 6 months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
