You will be trained in our Be Super selling approach and become proficient at selling memberships that save customers money.

The role is entry-level with paid training, operates in a fast-paced outdoor environment, and offers weekly pay with commissions and retention bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Sales experience in a fast-paced environment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build customer connections by asking the right questions and offering personalized solutions.
• Deliver exceptional service as the friendly face customers trust.
• Close sales and meet customer needs using strong communication.
• Sell products and services to prospective customers and upsell where appropriate.
• Achieve targets and stay informed about our product range.
