Job summary

AirMedCare Network seeks a Membership Sales Manager – Nationwide to drive membership growth across markets in a hybrid role (about 90% field-based). You will spend substantial time in the field promoting AMCN membership programs to both businesses and consumers.

The role involves developing relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and acting as a brand ambassador at health events and local meetings. A minimum 3 years of field sales experience and knowledge of healthcare/insurance are

Location: Various Markets Throughout the United States (Hybrid – Approximately 90% Field‑Based)

On Target Earnings: $75,785.28 – $180,000

Two fixed base salary options are available, $35,000 or $45,000 (non‑negotiable). Includes Car Allowance and Uncapped Commission.

Responsibilities

• Drive Local Impact: Spend ~90% time in the field, engaging with local businesses (~70% B2B) and consumers (~30% B2C) to promote AMCN membership programs.
• Develop Relationships: Identify and cultivate new leads through community events, local partnerships, cold calling, and referrals.
• Sales Process Management: Navigate the full sales cycle from initial contact through enrollment, using a consultative, educational approach.
• Champion with Purpose: Act as a local brand ambassador by participating in health fairs, community meetings, local business events, and outreach opportunities, strengthening trust and awareness.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
• Sales Expertise: Minimum 3 years of B2C or B2B field sales experience, including cold calling and active prospecting.
