AirMedCare Network, a Global Medical Response solution, seeks a Membership Sales Manager to drive enrollment across diverse markets in the United States. The role is hybrid with ~90% field activity, focusing on both business and consumer outreach to grow AMCN memberships.

You'll navigate full sales cycles, build local partnerships, and act as a brand ambassador at health fairs and community events. Base salaries, generous OTE, and car allowance accompany uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals ideal.

On Target Earnings:$75,785.28–$180,000

Two fixed base salary options are available, $35,000or$45,000(non‑negotiable).

Responsibilities:

• Drive Local Impact: Spend approximately 90% of your time in the field, engaging with local businesses (approximately 70% B2B) and individual consumers (30% B2C) to promote AMCN membership programs throughout assigned territory.
• Proactively identify and cultivate new leads through community events, local partnerships, cold calling and referrals.
• Navigate the full sales cycle from initial contact through enrollment, using a consultative, educational approach that addresses the unique needs of residents, families, and business partners in the territory.
• Act as a local brand ambassador by participating in health fairs, community meetings, local business events, and outreach opportunities, strengthening trust and awareness within the community.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
• Sales Expertise: Minimum 3 years of previous B2C or B2B field sales experience, including cold calling and active prospecting, preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of healthcare services, insurance products, or emergency medical transportation is preferred.
• Community Orientation: Demonstrated ability to build long term relationships and successfully engage with community-based audiences.
