AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is seeking talented sales professionals for nationwide Membership Sales Manager roles. The positions are hybrid with ~90% field activity, targeting local businesses and consumers to promote AMCN memberships across markets.

Two fixed base salaries are offered ($35,000 or $45,000), plus car allowance and uncapped commissions. Join a national network within Global Medical Response, grow partnerships, and drive substantial results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years of B2C/B2B field sales experience, including cold calling and active prospecting.
• Working knowledge of healthcare services, insurance products, or emergency medical transportation is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build long term relationships and engage with community audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive Local Impact: spend ~90% in the field engaging with local businesses and consumers to promote AMCN memberships.
• Develop Relationships: identify and cultivate new leads through events, partnerships, cold calling, and referrals.

On Target Earnings:$75,785.28–$180,000

Responsibilities

• Drive Local Impact: Spend approximately 90% of your time in the field, engaging with local businesses (approximately 70% B2B) and individual consumers (30% B2C) to promote AMCN membership programs throughout assigned territory.
• Develop Relationships: Proactively identify and cultivate new leads through community events, local partnerships, cold calling and referrals.
• Sales Process Management: Navigate the full sales cycle from initial contact through enrollment, using a consultative, educational approach that addresses the unique needs of residents, families, and business partners in the territory.
• Champion with Purpose: Act as a local brand ambassador by participating in health fairs, community meetings, local business events, and outreach opportunities, strengthening trust and awareness within the community.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
• Sales Expertise: Minimum 3 years of previous B2C or B2B field sales experience, including cold calling and active prospecting, preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of healthcare services, insurance products, or emergency medical transportation is preferred.
• Community Orientation: Demonstrated ability to build long term relationships and successfully engage with community-based audiences.
