• CPR / First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell memberships and packages to guests.
• Greet guests and ensure a hospitable experience.
• Work with the studio manager to achieve sales targets.
• Escort guests to their suites and provide assistance.
• Clean and prepare suites between client sessions.
• Conduct routine inspections of suites.
• Manage laundry tasks for clean linens.
• Record detailed notes on new guests in Prospr.
