Responsibilities

• Promote and sell memberships and packages to guests.
• Greet guests and ensure a hospitable experience.
• Work closely with the studio manager to achieve sales targets.
• Escort guests to suites and prepare suites between sessions.
• Conduct routine inspections of suites for cleanliness.
• Manage laundry tasks for clean linens.
• Record notes on new guests in Prospr.
