Job summary

StretchLab Tyler invites a high-energy, sales-driven Front Desk/Sales Associate to welcome clients and drive memberships. This role blends guest services, sales, and admin tasks to ensure a positive experience for every guest. Fitness knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities include lead follow-up, scheduling, payments, and promoting services, with opportunities for growth and bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve membership sales.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Willingness to travel daily or occasionally.
• Fitness knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close.
• Greet clients and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage front desk operations including check-ins, scheduling, and phone calls.
• Drive sales by converting inquiries into memberships or sessions.
• Educate clients about services, memberships, and promotions.
• Book intro sessions.
• Follow up with leads and prospects.
• Process payments.
• Assist with studio cleanliness and organization.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes.
• Support team marketing events to promote the club.
• Other duties as assigned.
