Job summary

StretchLab - South Sarasota is seeking a Front Desk/Sales Associate to welcome clients and drive membership and service sales. This role blends customer service, sales, and administrative duties to ensure a positive studio experience.

Fitness knowledge is helpful but not required, with room for growth within the company. The candidate will assist with lead generation, greet guests, manage check-ins, and handle payments while promoting services and promotions.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
• Must be able to make phone calls throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close.
• Greet clients and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage front desk operations including check-ins, scheduling, and phone calls.
• Drive sales by converting inquiries into memberships or sessions.
• Educate clients about services, memberships, and promotions.
• Book intro sessions.
• Follow up with leads and prospects.
• Process payments.
• Assist with studio cleanliness and organizations.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes.
• Support team marketing events to promote the club.
• Other duties as assigned.
