TITLE Boxing Club is seeking a Sales Associate (Front Desk + Membership Sales) in Chicago. You will manage front-desk check-ins, upsell memberships and class packages, and drive member engagement through proactive outreach.

The role emphasizes high-energy customer service, teamwork, and a passion for fitness. Evening and weekend availability is required, with a base pay of $16/hour plus commission and employee perks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communicator who loves connecting with people.
• Comfortable selling memberships and retail with confidence and authenticity.
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, or helping others feel their best is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-desk experience by checking in every member and first-time guest with energy, enthusiasm, and genuine connection.
• Sell memberships, class packages, privatetraining, and retail using a consultative approach.
• Complete daily phone and SMS outreach tasks.
• Ask for referrals and identify opportunities to grow the club"s membership.
• Create excitement in the room by hyping classes, celebrating wins, and building a motivating environment.
• Give tours to prospective members, highlighting the TITLE experience and tailoring the conversation to goals.
• Complete membership agreements and manage leads with accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe club including lobby, studio, and equipment resets.
• Support coaches and team members to ensure smooth class flow and elevated member experience.
