Perspire Sauna Studio Stamford in Stamford, CT is seeking a confident, outgoing Membership Sales Associate for a part-time role. You will welcome guests, give studio tours, and present memberships while helping clients choose the best wellness packages.

This position emphasizes sales-driven goals, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and opportunities to earn commissions. You will use our CRM to follow up with leads and build lasting relationships in a friendly, energetic studio

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a warm, personalized experience.
• Conduct studio tours and introduce guests to our infrared sauna and wellness services
• Present and sell memberships and packages
• Follow up with leads via CRM by phone and text
• Schedule reservations and follow-up appointments
• Build relationships with prospective and existing members
• Answer questions about services, memberships, and reservations
• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio
• Clean and reset sauna rooms between sessions and maintain towel/supply areas
