Perspire Sauna Studio Stamford is hiring a Part-time Membership Sales Associate to warmly welcome guests, conduct tours, and present memberships and packages. You will drive memberships using our CRM, follow up with leads via phone and text, and schedule visits, all while ensuring a welcoming studio that reflects our wellness brand.

Ideal candidates bring strong sales and customer-service skills, enjoy building relationships, and can work evenings and weekends.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and create a warm, personalized experience
• Conduct studio tours and introduce guests to our infrared sauna and wellness services
• Present and sell memberships and packages
• Follow up with leads through our CRM by phone and text
• Schedule reservations and follow-up appointments
• Build relationships with prospective and existing members
• Answer questions about services, memberships, and reservations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio
• Clean and reset sauna rooms between sessions and maintain towel/supply areas

• Comfortable asking for the sale and working toward sales goals
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and a strong team player
