Perspire Sauna Studio Brookfield is seeking an ambitious, service-oriented professional for a Studio Sales Associate - Assistant Manager Development Track. This role offers leadership training with promotion potential to Assistant Manager after a structured program, while delivering outstanding guest experiences and driving memberships.

Ideal candidates are dependable, coachable, and organized, with 30-36 hours per week and a schedule spanning mornings, afternoons/evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Sales, hospitality, retail, fitness, healthcare, or customer service experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role

Perspire Sauna Studio Brookfield is seeking an ambitious, service-oriented professional to join our team with the opportunity to grow into an Assistant Manager role within approximately six months. This is not simply a retail or front desk position - it is an opportunity to develop leadership skills while helping guests improve their health and well-being.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, coachable, naturally driven, and committed to excellence in everything they do. 30 - 36 Hours per week with a combination of morning, afternoon/evening, and weekend shifts.

Perspire Sauna Studio Brookfield is a locally owned luxury wellness studio offering private infrared sauna experiences designed to promote relaxation, recovery, and overall well-being. Our team is committed to creating an elevated guest experience while operating with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

As your responsibilities grow, you'll receive training in:

Successful completion of the development program may lead to promotion to Assistant Manager.
