Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness Franklin is seeking a high-energy Fitness Sales Consultant / Membership Advisor to convert leads into memberships and deliver a standout customer experience in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

You’ll build relationships, follow up with prospects, and represent the studio at events while working evening and weekend shifts. Eligible candidates are sales-focused, dependable, and driven to exceed monthly goals, with a passion for fitness.

Qualifications

• Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or membership sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and asking for the sale.
• Highly dependable with strong work ethic and professionalism.
• Positive attitude with a competitive, results-driven mindset.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable working evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Fitness Sales Consultant / Membership Advisor – Orangetheory Fitness Franklin

Pay: $16–$18/hour + Commission + Performance Bonuses

Orangetheory Fitness Franklin is looking for a high-energy, goal-driven Sales Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.

This is not a passive front desk position. We are looking for professionals who are confident in building relationships, following up with leads, and converting prospects into long-term members while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Schedule: (Must be available for all shifts)

• Morning Shift: 4:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Evening Shift: 12:30 PM – 8:00 PM
• Weekend Availability Required:
• Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM
