Fitness Sales Consultant / Membership Advisor – Orangetheory Fitness Franklin

Pay: $16–$18/hour + Commission + Performance Bonuses

Orangetheory Fitness Franklin is looking for a high‑energy, goal‑driven Sales Consultant who thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑based environment.

This is not a passive front desk position. We are looking for professionals who are confident in building relationships, following up with leads, and converting prospects into long‑term members while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Convert leads into memberships through phone calls, text follow‑up, studio tours, and in‑person interactions
• Build relationships with prospective and current members
• Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales goals
• Deliver an energetic, welcoming, and professional first impression
• Manage lead follow‑up and appointment scheduling with urgency and consistency
• Represent Orangetheory Fitness at community events and local outreach opportunities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or membership sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations and asking for the sale

Schedule (Must be available for all shifts)

Morning Shift: 4:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Evening Shift: 12:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Weekend Availability Required:
Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM
