Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio Triangle in Austin, TX is seeking a friendly, reliable member of the sales/guest services team. You will greet guests by name, check them in, provide studio tours, and promote the benefits of IR saunas.

Training on the science behind IR, chromotherapy, and red light therapy will be provided. You will also sell memberships and packages, earn commissions, and use MindBody to manage appointments.

Qualifications

• Friendly, reliable, and outgoing with a passion for wellness.
• Availability Monday–Friday 6:30 am–11:00 am preferred.
• Ability to commute to Perspire Triangle in Austin, TX.

We are seeking candidates who have M-F opening availability 6:30 am- 11 am, having a flexible schedule is preferred.

Your Day Includes Tasks like...

• Warmly greet customers by name
• Check guests in and give studio tours
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas & a studio membership
• Understand and speak to the science and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy (we'll train you!)
• Sell memberships & packages and earn commissions
• Use our software to manage appointments and make sales. (MIndBody software experience is a plus!)
• Clean studio & individual sauna rooms between guests
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
• Check Prospr for any team communication and important updates
• Assist with administrative duties such as texting/calling leads and membership assistance
