Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio Austin Southwest is seeking a part-time team member to clean saunas, greet guests, and convert leads into memberships. Expect 15-20 hours per week with AM, PM, and weekend shifts, starting around 6:30am, in a fast-paced wellness setting.

You will learn the science behind IR therapy, handle warm-lead calls, and earn commissions on memberships while training on MindBody, Axle CRM, and Homebase. Flexible schedule and growth potential within the team.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a health/wellness setting.
• Ability to call and text warm leads and set appointments.
• Familiarity with MindBody Online, Axle CRM and Homebase.
• Knowledge of IR sauna science, chromotherapy and red light therapy.

Responsibilities

• Clean studio and sauna rooms between guests and assist with setup.
• Warmly greet customers by name and provide a great first impression.
• Call and text warm leads in our sales CRM (about 20 calls per shift).
• Explain the science and benefits of IR, chromotherapy and Red Light therapy; training provided.
• Sell memberships and earn commissions.
• Use MindBody/Axle/Homebase to manage appointments and sales; tour new guests.

Location and Hours

We are seeking candidates to work 15-20 hours/ week. The best applicants have general availability for 6-7 hour shifts, including weekday mornings, evenings, and weekends

• Job Location: Perspire Sauna Studio Austin Southwest (4404 W. William Cannon Drive, Suite C, Austin, TX 78749)
• Shifts we are hiring for:
  • AM Shift (approx 6:30am - 1:30pm, M-F)
  • PM Shift (approx 2pm - 9:15pm, M-F)
  • Weekend Shifts (7:30am - 1pm, 1-7:15pm)

Your Daily Tasks Include

• Clean studio & individual sauna rooms between guests (READ: This is a cleaning job where you also sell)
• Warmly greet customers by name
• Call and text warm leads in our sales CRM (Expectation is for 20 calls made each shift)
• Understand and speak to the science and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy (we'll train you!)
• Sell memberships and earn commissions
• Use our software to manage appointments and make sales. (MIndBody software experience is a plus!)
• Give each new guest a studio tour
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
