Job summary

Stretch Zone in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate to welcome new clients, drive memberships, and support studio growth from the first phone call to every visit after. No experience required; we provide training on services, sales process, and client experience.

You will schedule appointments, follow up with leads, explain memberships, and help convert intro sessions into memberships while maintaining an organized front desk.

Stretch Zone is hiring a full-time Sales Associate to welcome new clients, drive memberships, support studio growth, and create a great experience from the first phone call to every visit after.

No Stretch Zone experience is required. We provide training on our services, sales process, client experience standards, and studio systems.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and create a positive first impression

• Explain Stretch Zone services, memberships, and benefits
• Help convert intro sessions into memberships
• Support member retention through strong communication and service
• Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly

• Comfortable talking with new clients and asking for the sale
• Organized and able to manage calls, texts, scheduling, and follow-up
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or customer service
• Sales, front desk, membership, fitness studio, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus

Training Provided

• Paid training on Stretch Zone services and memberships
• Training on sales process, lead follow-up, and client experience
• Studio systems and scheduling training
• Ongoing coaching and support
