Job summary

Stretch Zone in Florida is seeking an energetic Sales Associate who has a passion for health and wellness and enjoys helping members reach their goals.

You will drive membership sales, greet guests with a smile, schedule appointments, answer calls, and support member retention by following daily guides and best practices.

The role offers commission on top of base pay, paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement within a fast-paced, friendly team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and customer service excellence.
• Passion for helping others and meeting sales goals.
• Prior sales experience in health & wellness is preferred.
• Basic understanding of anatomy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, scheduling appointments, answering calls, and addressing member concerns.
• Own member retention by following daily operation guides and best practices.
• Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching and hit sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions.

We are looking for an energetic, organized sales team associate who has a passion for health & wellness and in helping our members achieve their goals. Prior sales experience is required. Prior experience working in a health & wellness setting and a basic knowledge of anatomy is a plus.

This job opportunity would be amazing for a college student enrolled in a Physical Therapy, Exercise Science or Kinesiology program, or for at PTA who is ready to step away from hands on bodywork.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns.
• Own member retention by following the daily operation guides, excellent customer service, and consistent follow-ups.
• Promote the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and actively working to improve your sales skills.
• Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by building a positive and professional relationship with all members and team members.
