Job summary

Stretch Zone in Salt Lake City is seeking a customer-facing teammate to help members move and feel their best. You’ll educate members on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching while achieving performance and sales targets, and create a welcoming experience by scheduling sessions and answering questions.

You’ll work 35–40 hours per week, evenings and Saturdays, earning $17 per hour plus a 10% commission.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Comprehensive training provided.
• Clear communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others.
• Openness to learning and growing in a new skill set.

Responsibilities

• Educate members on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching while meeting performance and sales targets
• Create a welcoming experience by scheduling sessions, answering phones, and assisting with questions or concerns
• Strengthen long-term member relationships through consistent follow-ups and thoughtful engagement
• Maintain 35-40 hours per week, evenings and Saturdays, with a compensation structure of $17/hour plus 10% commission
