Job summary

UFC GYM in Homestead seeks a Membership Sales and Service Representative to welcome members and guests, present the Fitness Tour, and deliver industry-leading customer service in a welcoming, entertaining gym setting.

You will book memberships by phone, drive new member signups, follow up after enrollment, help maintain a clean, well‑run facility, and contribute to a team‑oriented, training‑driven workplace with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Represent UFC GYM to provide a welcoming and entertaining experience for members and guests.
• Drive potential members into the gym and deliver top customer service.
• Book membership appointments via phone and meet monthly goals.
• Present the Fitness Tour to every guest touring the gym.
• Follow up with enrolled members to ensure expectations are exceeded.
• Provide high-level customer service in all guest interactions.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and operational facility.

Responsibilities

• The Membership Sales and Service Representative (MSR) will represent UFC GYM by providing a welcoming, informative and entertaining experience for all members and guests during their visits.
• The MSR is responsible for driving potential members into the gym to deliver industry leading customer services to them as well as our current members.
• Book membership appointments through productive phone activities and meet or exceed monthly appointment goals set forth by the company.
• Ensure that 100% of guests are presented the “Fitness Tour” when touring guests around the gym.
• Follow up with members that have enrolled to ensure we are exceeding expectations.
• Provide the highest level of customer service possible when communicating and interacting with guests.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and operational facility.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of Fitness Industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills.
