Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking a Membership Sales and Service Representative (MSR) to welcome and engage members and guests, drive memberships, and deliver exceptional service. You will book appointments, conduct fitness tours, and follow up with new members to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• MSR represents UFC GYM by providing a welcoming and informative experience for members and guests.
• Drive potential members into the gym and deliver customer service.
• Book membership appointments via phone and meet monthly goals.
• Ensure 100% of guests are presented the Fitness Tour.
• Follow up with enrolled members to ensure expectations are exceeded.
• Provide high level customer service in all guest interactions.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and operational facility.

Responsibilities

• The Membership Sales and Service Representative (MSR) will represent UFC GYM by providing a welcoming, informative and entertaining experience for all members and guests during their visits.
• The MSR is responsible for driving potential members into the gym to deliver industry leading customer services to them as well as our current members.
• Book membership appointments through productive phone activities and meet or exceed monthly goals set forth by the company.
• Ensure that 100% of guests are presented the “Fitness Tour” when touring guests around the gym.
• Follow up with members that have enrolled to ensure we are exceeding expectations.
• Provide the highest level of customer service possible when communicating and interacting with guests.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and operational facility.
