Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Membership Sales Associate in Texas to drive sales through a consultative approach, guide customers to membership options, and highlight how our Be Super program saves money. This entry-level role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and customer care in a fast-paced setting.

You will receive paid training, uncapped weekly commissions, and a clear path for earnings growth as you develop skills in product knowledge and sales strategy.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: At least one year of customer service experience.
• Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment preferred but not required.
• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Schedule: Ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
