Job summary

Super Star Car Wash is seeking an entry-level Membership Sales Associate to drive sales by communicating product benefits and guiding customers to optimal options. You will learn the Super Star Be Super approach through paid training and grow in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsibilities include building customer connections, delivering excellent service, closing sales, and upselling products. Competitive pay includes weekly commissions and retention bonuses, with uncapped commissions

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED.
Experience: 1 year customer service; 6 months sales preferred.
Minimum age: 18.
Adaptability: thrive in fast-paced outdoor environment.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, holidays.
Willingness to work outside in varied weather.
Comfort with a fast-paced environment and customer engagement.

Responsibilities
