Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is hiring a Fulfillment Specialist in Topeka, KS. The role supports all Membership Service Unit activities, coordinating mailings, reviewing documents, and ensuring accuracy of information before mailing.

Required: High school diploma and 2+ years in fulfillment or project management, with strong organizational, communication, and data-entry skills. No travel; on-site role with competitive total rewards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a fulfillment analyst preferred or minimum 2 years' experience managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate large mailings to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Assemble and review documents to ensure accuracy of mailed information.
• Monitor, image, and verify accuracy; route correspondence to the Membership team for resolution.
• Serve as backup to Membership Support Assistants tasks of creating Membership tickets and work items.
• Complete and mail State of Kansas ID cards and contracts including annual renewal mass mailing.
• Handle data entry and reporting for special mailings and projects.
• Review returned mail to resend or update member addresses for Membership and Claims.
• Write and maintain work instructions and documents for team activities.
• Diagnose ID Card printer issues and notify vendor for maintenance when needed.
