Job summary

• Experience with Tessitura CRM and membership data management.
• Strong customer service and donor relations experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate campaigns, events, and cross‑functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement annual membership campaigns and events in Tessitura, tracking benefits and data from multiple sources.
• Coordinate membership knowledge and sales with Box Office colleagues.
• Process customer service inquiries from membership transactions and manage fulfillments.
