We are seeking a Member Curator for our flagship community, The Lotus Society, to help steward the next phase of our growth. One conversation, one woman, one impeccably calibrated invitation at a time. This is not sales. This is curation. Discernment. Whisper-campaign energy.

Role Description

You will be the first voice many of the world’s most accomplished Leaders in women’s midlife health will hear from The Lotus Society. Your role is to protect the signal, match the tone, and spark resonance. You’re not pitching a product. You’re extending an invitation into a cultural shift. Reserved for those whose life’s work has earned it. This position reports directly to the Founders.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate and conduct initial outreach to prospective members via email, DM, voice note, or personalized video.
• Maintain intimacy of tone in all messaging. Never transactional, never promotional, never over-eager.
• Nurture a pipeline of highly qualified candidates, nurturing resonance across 2–3-month cycles.
• Vet each candidate’s alignment with The Lotus Society’s values, tone, and integrity.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager to prepare candidates for onboarding and key gatherings.
• Host select discovery calls to deepen trust and conversion.
• Co-create high-touch cohort activations and invitation-only salons.

Requirements

• You likely have a background in luxury concierge, executive coaching, UHNW client experience, or founder relations. You understand discretion, nuance, and the sacred weight of trust. Think: Hermès, Aman, or the inner circle of a quietly powerful fund.
• Exceptional written and verbal communicator. Fluent with founders, physicians, investors, and policy leaders.
• Deep aesthetic intelligence, emotional maturity, and cultural fluency.
• Able to operate in ambiguity, executing vision without ego.
• Demonstrated track record of trust stewardship over time. This is not a “volume closer” role.
