Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Membership Operations Senior Associate to drive retroactivity across enrollment, payments, claims, and premium billing. You will research complex retroactive transactions, build repeatable tooling, and submit transactions via MARx, MAPD Help Desk, and eRPT.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of healthcare or Medicare/Medicaid experience is preferred.
• Experience with data tools including spreadsheets and SQL is required or strongly preferred.
• Ability to write business requirements and partner with technical teams on operational tooling.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Research escalated and complex retroactive transactions using CMS guidance and internal procedures.
• Help build repeatable tooling, playbooks, and dashboards for readiness and adoption.
• Process transactions via MARx, MAPD Help Desk, and eRPT for various effective dates.
• Monitor aging and category mix, escalate constraints, and coordinate downstream remediation.
