Job summary

GovExec is seeking an Associate, Membership Operations & Communications to manage day-to-day corporate membership activities. You will support onboarding, CRM updates, and engagement tracking while coordinating communications and materials for members.

This remote role favors candidates in the Washington DC region, reporting to the Associate Director, Corporate Membership, and contributing to a smooth, organized membership program within ATARC.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, operations coordination, or related roles.
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with strong team skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with member onboarding and follow-up communications.
• Coordinate working group access requests and member support needs.
• Maintain onboarding materials, member resources, and tracking documents.
• Support scheduling and coordination of member orientations and engagement meetings.
• Assist with renewal outreach tracking and follow-up documentation.
• Maintain a consistent, organized member experience across interactions.
• Provide administrative support related to ATARC events and member engagement activities.
