Job summary

ACPeds is seeking a part-time Membership Coordinator to process new and renewing members, maintain CRM data, and assist leadership. The role involves email, phone, or mail communications, and coordinating donor engagement while supporting staff and committees.

Remote work is offered, with a Minneapolis residence requirement and occasional travel for annual events. The position emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and strong communication skills, with a flexible 20-hour week and growth potential

Responsibilities

• Process new and renewing membership submissions in the CRM.

• Generate renewal reminders and engagement communications.
• Prepare membership reports for the Membership Committee.
• Support leadership and staff with administrative tasks.
• Attend weekly staff Zoom meetings and monthly committee meetings.
