The British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) is a professional membership body in the psychoanalytic and psychodynamic field. This permanent part-time Membership Officer works alongside an existing part-time officer and reports to the Operations Manager.
21 hours weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 09:00–17:00. Tuesday is an office day in Archway, London; the other two days may be worked remotely. Occasional evening committee meetings or Saturday work may be required, with time off in lieu according to the job pack.
Be a first point of contact for member institutions, registrants and public enquiries. Maintain membership administration and CRM records, including setting up registrants, renewals and payments. Support the CPD audit, committee work, reporting and improvements to membership processes.
