Job summary

Driftwood Downtown in Austin is seeking a Membership Manager to actively build and define the club's membership community, ensuring a strong culture and memorable guest experiences. You will recruit, tour, onboard, and respond to member inquiries while serving as the voice for members on the floor during peak hours.

The role reports to the Driftwood Downtown General Manager with a dotted line to Driftwood Golf & Ranch Club leadership, driving acquisition, retention, and revenue targets and

Qualifications

• Experience in membership sales with proven results.
• Leadership experience in membership sales preferred.
• Experience operating club communication platforms such as Microsoft Office, Pacesetter, Mailchimp.

Responsibilities

• Lead membership recruitment, tours, onboarding, and processing.
• Develop sales plans to achieve acquisition, renewal, and revenue targets.
• Build relationships with prospective members, current members, partners, and community leaders.
• Collaborate with the GM, Finance, and Marketing on forecasts and campaigns informed by local market trends.
• Maintain member profiles and communicate club activities, services, and events to members and guests.
• Represent Driftwood Downtown in the Greater Austin community to raise brand awareness.
