Job summary

Invited seeks a Director of Member Experience at Westlake Country Club in Austin to lead strategy driving retention, engagement, and club revenue. You will craft the member journey, oversee events, and refine communications across platforms to strengthen community.

You will manage onboarding, mentor the Member Experience team, and collaborate with the General Manager and department heads to deliver outstanding member experiences aligned with Invited’s standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications.
• 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree with focus in hospitality management, event management, business or marketing and communications.
• Proven leadership abilities in cross-functional teams and adapting to evolving operational challenges.
• Experience with relationship management, customer service or membership associations.
• Proven ability to lead teams or manage projects to successful outcomes.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience, particularly Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the member experience strategy with focus on retention and engagement.
• Partner with the General Manager and Department Heads to implement revenue-generating strategies across departments.
• Leverage data analytics to monitor member engagement trends and inform strategy.
• Oversee planning and execution of all member events and programs to be innovative and aligned with member needs.
• Create and iterate onboarding processes to optimize new member integration and tenure.
• Develop multi-channel communications to convey club initiatives and events to members and staff.
