Job summary

The Club at Starr Pass, part of Troon, seeks a Full-Time Membership & Marketing Director to lead marketing, membership, and communications. You will drive sales, retention, and strategy, and work with onsite club management and the Troon Corporate team to grow the Starr Pass brand.

Responsibilities include CRM implementation, reporting, onboarding, content creation, and member events. Weekend/holiday availability and a customer-focused mindset are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/PR/Communications or hospitality with 4 years’ related experience.
• Experience in club or hospitality environments is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing, membership, and communications strategy and team.
• Drive sales, retention, and revenue goals for the club.
• Oversee CRM, reporting, and onboarding of new members.
• Coordinate events, member outreach, and partnerships.
