Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs is seeking a Membership Manager to lead our membership sales efforts in West Hartford, CT. You'll turn conversations into connections and drive member growth while coaching a team of Membership Advisors.

This non-exempt, full-time role offers hourly pay with commission and bonuses, plus abundant growth opportunities as we expand. You’ll work in a fast-paced gym environment with a focus on results and member satisfaction.

Key Details

• Competencies: Coaching & Development, Results Driven
• Work in a dynamic health club environment with members, staff, and vendors
• This is a non-exempt, full-time position with varied hours based on business needs.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, see or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, you will be touring prospects walking through the club. This position requires that you work within the clubs and you may go out to the community for outreach.
• You’ll supervise Membership Advisors and act as Manager on Duty when the GM is off-site.
