Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is seeking a Membership Manager to convert conversations into memberships at our dynamic gym in Missouri. You will supervise Membership Advisors and act as Manager on Duty when the GM is off-site, driving growth and ensuring member satisfaction in a high-energy environment.

Key Details

• Work in a dynamic health club environment with members, staff, and vendors


• This is a non-exempt, full-time position with varied hours based on business needs.


• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, see or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, you will be touring prospects walking through the club. This position requires that you work within the clubs and you may go out to the community for outreach.


• You’ll supervise Membership Advisors and act as Manager on Duty when the GM is off-site. There is a reason our members call us the best gym ever... It’s because we have the best team ever.
