Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is seeking a motivated Membership Manager to lead sales and drive member growth in a busy gym environment. You will convert conversations into memberships, coach a team of Membership Advisors, and act as Manager on Duty when the GM is away, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional member experiences.

You’ll be rewarded with up to $100,000 per year in total compensation, including hourly pay, commission, and bonuses, plus robust benefits and career growth

Key Details

• Work in a dynamic health club environment with members, staff, and vendors


• This is a non-exempt, full-time position with varied hours based on business needs.


• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, see or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, you will be touring prospects walking through the club. This position requires that you work within the clubs and you may go out to the community for outreach.


• You’ll supervise Membership Advisors and act as Manager on Duty when the GM is off-site. There is a reason our members call us the best gym ever... It’s because we have the best team ever.
