Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC in Devon, PA is seeking a rockstar Membership Manager. You’ll drive sales, generate leads, and grow memberships in a high-energy gym environment. You’ll lead by example and foster a culture where members feel valued and motivated to return.

You will coach and supervise Membership Advisors, provide real-time feedback, and serve as Manager on Duty when the GM is off-site. This role offers strong growth potential, a clear career path, and an attractive compensation plan.

Key Details

• Competencies: Coaching & Development, Results Driven
• Work in a dynamic health club environment with members, staff, and vendors
• This is a non-exempt, full-time position with varied hours based on business needs.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, see or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, you will be touring prospects walking through the club. This position requires that you work within the clubs and you may go out to the community for outreach.
• You’ll supervise Membership Advisors and act as Manager on Duty when the GM is off-site. There is a reason our members call us the best gym ever... It’s because we have the best team ever.
