Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is seeking a Membership Manager to drive membership growth in a high-energy gym environment. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on hitting sales goals, coaching a team, and delivering outstanding member experiences.

You’ll supervise Membership Advisors and serve as Manager on Duty when the GM is off-site, with opportunities for career advancement and benefits. Competitive compensation up to $100,000 annually including hourly pay, commission, and bonuses, plus

Key Details

• Work in a dynamic health club environment with members, staff, and vendors


• This is a non-exempt, full-time position with varied hours based on business needs.


• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, see or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, you will be touring prospects walking through the club. This position requires that you work within the clubs and you may go out to the community for outreach.
