Onelife Fitness in Moody, AL seeks a proactive member experience specialist to onboard new members, drive memberships, and maintain top-tier service.

You will recruit and convert prospects, host tours, and follow up to ensure progress and engagement. The role requires sales experience, CPR/AED, and strong communication in a fast-paced club setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
• 2+ years sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, sales and people-management skills.
• Organized, punctual, customer-focused with a friendly, professional presence.
• Comfortable with MS Office and CRM/sales tracking.

What we’re looking for:
