Job summary

Onelife Fitness is seeking a results-driven team member to guide members through onboarding, build relationships, and consistently meet monthly membership goals. You’ll host tours, recruit and convert prospects, generate local leads, and track activity in our CRM while upholding high levels of member service, safety, and club appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
• 2+ years sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, sales, and people-management skills.
• Organized, punctual, and customer-focused with a friendly, professional presence.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends and evenings).

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or GED required
