This is more than a traditional membership role. The Membership Manager will be responsible for transforming OOIDA’s membership function from a transactional service center into a strategic growth engine. This leader will develop and execute strategies that strengthen member relationships, improve retention and engagement, optimize the member journey, and support long-term organizational growth.
Working collaboratively across multiple divisions, the Membership Manager will identify opportunities, develop initiatives, and champion improvements that create measurable value for both our members and the organization. This position will play an important role in ensuring every interaction with OOIDA reinforces the value of membership and strengthens our connection with the trucking community.
