Role Overview:

As a Membership Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective members. You’ll guide them through the experience, communicate the value of Bathe, and help grow a thriving community around our space. You’re not just selling a membership — you’re inviting people into a new way of living well.

What You’ll Do:

• Actively engage with walk-ins, leads, and referrals to convert interest into memberships
• Own the membership sales process — from tours to follow-ups to sign-ups
• Maintain CRM data with precision and intention
• Hit or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Represent the Bathe brand and ethos with warmth, clarity, and confidence
• Collaborate with the community team on events and activations that drive interest

• Passionate about wellness, community, and the power of ritual
• Experienced in sales (hospitality, fitness, or membership-based preferred)
