You will onboard new members, help them maximize benefits, post to social during classes, and observe the class experience. Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred; reliable transportation required.

• Prior customer service or sales experience recommended.
• Reliable transportation to multiple studio locations.
• Eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Engage with class attendees to understand goals and sell memberships.
• Onboard new members and ensure they maximize their benefits.
• Post updates to DivaDance social channels during classes.
• Observe class experiences to improve member satisfaction.
