Job summary

The Children's Museum of Pittsburgh is seeking a Visitor Services Coordinator to support the Membership program and front desk operations. You will help grow member engagement, plan member events, and ensure exceptional guest experiences for visitors and members.

You will work with admissions and operations teams, train staff on membership benefits, and maintain accurate records. This role requires strong customer service and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or fundraising.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Tessitura or another CRM.
• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of the membership program, including platform and sales.
• Oversee membership processes and renewal communications.
• Train front desk staff on memberships and data collection.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote programs and events.
• Ensure high-quality guest service and smooth admissions operations.
• Manage daily cash handling and till reconciliation.
