Job summary

Villa Sport in Cypress, TX is seeking Outreach Ambassadors to sell memberships by presenting the club’s features, benefits, services, programs and fees to potential members in a welcoming, service-oriented manner. Ambassadors build relationships with prospects through outreach and represent the club at local events to raise awareness.

This role emphasizes service, courtesy, and a proactive approach to lead generation, with hourly pay plus commissions, a 401(k) match, and a complimentary club

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with lead generation, nurturing and closing is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to connect with diverse demographics in a high-energy setting.
• Proven customer service experience in hospitality or retail.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word/Excel) and willingness to learn POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships by presenting features, benefits, and programs.
