• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and leadership experience will be considered.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily membership operations with a welcoming member experience.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate Membership Services Representatives and staff.
• Establish and maintain clear membership sales, service, onboarding, engagement, and retention expectations.
• Monitor performance metrics (new joins, retention, revenue) and drive growth.
• Collaborate with branch and association leadership to support YMCA priorities.
